I read somewhere that the size small would fit a cat and this bow tie is way too big. I gave 3 stars bc it is still a nice bow but false advertising and deduction of return shipping from my refund

Glad you said something! We actually don't recommend our Bow Tie Collars for Cats since they are not breakaway, and the buckle can be a bit heavy for them (even if it does fit)If you're wanting to return the Bow Tie Collar you can reach out to our Customer Service team and they can help you.
