Loved this set!
I am obsessed with this set and I loved how everything came out. I got a personalized collar set and dog name tag. The only problem I have is while the dog tag is attached to the collar, with every movement, the gold hardware on the collar got scratched and it’s not just like scuff marks, it’s indented and this happened just one day after I received my purchase. I am extremely disappointed that this happened considering my order costed $137 CAD. I think that maybe the hardware on the collar should be covered in some kind of clear coat to avoid these damages, but other than that, I love the set.

Thank you for this feedback Nikita! While we have worked on making our buckles as scratch resistant as possible, scratching and wear and tear is unfortunately unavoidable with pets. If your dog shakes or scratches their ID tag does hit the buckle. We know we need to move the D-ring back, but then that leaves a large gap between the d-ring and buckle, which then makes the box stitch much wider leaving excess length on the collar that doesn't need to be there. (I hope that makes sense). But I know the production team continues to actively work on a fix.

There are no standard collar sizes. As a result, we strongly recommend measuring your dog's neck to ensure the right collar size.
Measuring Tips: Measure your pup's neck with a soft tape measure, pulling the tape snug but not tight (if you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler). Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and your pup's neck.
