We adore the harness. Looking forward to taking it on the road. On initial fitting, found the rubber hard to adjust. He has a bigger poodle rib cage relative to his waist so it took some fiddling (20 lbs, size S)

Purchased the active flex harness and collar (as well as a new tag and bed). I had every intention to come back for more gear soon because I loved how everything looks and thought it would be a great fit for us. Unfortunately within just the first four days of use, I am seeing the gold finish wear off the D rings and and very quick staining of on the harness straps around all the hardware (that doesn’t come off even with thorough cleaning). Again, really wanted to be a repeat customer because I love the designs, but I hate that a 4 days of light wear are already showing. Totally expect signs of wear as time goes on but it’s just way too soon particularly for the price point :(

We completely understand your disappointment. While some wear is expected over time with regular use, we certainly wouldn't want you to see noticeable deterioration of the gold finish or discoloration around the hardware so soon after receiving your items, particularly when you were excited about the quality and design.
We really appreciate you bringing both concerns to our attention. The wear on the D rings and the staining around the hardware are issues we'd like our Product Team to review more closely, and the photos you've shared are especially helpful.

So far this harness has been great. It feels secure, is easily adjustable, and wipes clean without issue. The color is brighter than expected, but it’s a nice pop of color.

Love the color, love the construction, love the quality, and love the two locations to attach a leash... my only wish is that it didn't require going over my dog's head so it could be put on her faster... she is SO excited when this comes out since that means it's time for an adventure!
