Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your Foggy Dog product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number at woof@thefoggydog.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
  • Returns received within 31-60 days of original purchase will receive store credit
  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a return label. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

Dog beds with inserts are bulky, so to avoid costly return shipping fees, please double check that you have chosen the correctly sized bed before ordering (see our Size Guide for help).

EXCHANGES

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please email woof@thefoggydog.com for instructions and for an exchange shipping coupon.
