RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be thrilled with your Foggy Dog product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we made a mistake in which case we will provide a return label. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.
Dog beds with inserts are bulky, so to avoid costly return shipping fees, please double check that you have chosen the correctly sized bed before ordering (see our Size Guide for help).
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date.
