The pickup pack is good but the fastener could be better

I like the actual pickup pal, the pink part, and used it with my active set, but it fell off and I lost it :/

The carabiner could be stronger and more secure

    Hi Lindsay,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear that you liked the Active Pickup Pal and how it paired with your Active Set, but we're so sorry that the carabiner came loose and you ended up losing it! We completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're relying on an accessory to stay securely attached during your walks.

The carabiner should provide a secure attachment, so we're disappointed to hear that it didn't hold up as expected. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll be sharing your feedback with our Product Team for further review.

We'd also love the opportunity to help make this right! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at woof@thefoggydog.com with your order number, and any additional details about how the carabiner came loose. Our team will be happy to look into this and help find a resolution.

Thank you again for your honest feedback and continued support, Lindsay. We truly appreciate it and hope to hear from you soon!
