I love this leash. My dog WON'T allow me to dress her up, not even a sweater. So, the only way I can make her and me happy is to get her as many walking sets almost in every color as possible, 10 so far. A few more and she'll have one for each month.

Here’s the odd part - this leash had an issue w/the closure not closing and staying open. I knew to double check that it was completely closed, but not her daycare or my coworker. So right outside the front door, she was off leash.

Customer Service stated they had not seen this, and for it to happen twice to me (leash's 8 & 10) was odd. However, CS is amazing and fixed the problem both times. The first time they sent out a new leash, the second time I received an email that the refund had been processed, even though I requested an exchange. When I wrote back and questioned it, that’s when they replied to w/a link for $15 off my repurchase. So, would they have offered the $15 discount if I didn’t question the refund vs exchange? Purchasing a new leash would not have equaled the refund. Since I only purchase walking sets which are discounted, and a stand-alone leash is more expensive. The refund equated to the discounted “set” price. Even though I ended up paying a bit more than the refunded amount, at the end of the day the replacement leash is Perfect. And I will continue to purchase additional “Walking Sets” from Foggy Dog!!!
