Love the collar and the charms. Only issue is the shipping and not a huge issue, but it gave me zero updates when the package would arrive, I had to look for it myself to check, and it took about a week and half for it to deliver. In today's standards that is far from desirable. But with all that said we (Bindi) will order from them again. And the fit was accurate, Bindi is a happy girl.
