We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

    So cute but scratched up from ID tag

    My puppy has reached his adult size so it was time for his big boy collar. I love foggy dog so there was nowhere else I would look. So many cute options and we landed on the sail boats. The collar is well made and the perfect size. My only bummer is the buckle has scratched so incredibly easily. I also bought the cloud shape ID tag from foggy dog. I thought the little cloud with the sail boats was a cute combo. They got delivered on Oct 3 and with every step and shake when that cloud hits the buckle a dent would be made. It’s now Oct 16 and it looks….bad. The cloud has zero marks, lol. It’s a tough cloud so 5 stars for the ID tag, 4 for the collar. I bought a collar for my older dog from foggy dog which she’s been wearing for like 7 years and her buckle doesn’t have even a quarter of the damage as the one for my new pup. I’ve added a few photos, first 2 are from day 1 and last is day 14. It’s a bummer given the cost. Maybe there would be less damage if I picked a round ID tag? For over $50, that’s a steep test
