My dog, Daisy, is 15.5 years old and doesn’t play with toys much any more. But she loves her new crinkly fox with hidden treats! It gives her some excitement and enrichment for the day! The squeaky ball that fits inside is great too!

My dogs love these toys but this is the second time I’ve bought them and the squeaker has stopped working within days of receiving. It’s very unfortunate and dogs are sad when squeaker stops working.
TFThe Foggy DogYesterdayHi Brittany,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear that your pups love our Owl 2-in-1 Bounce Dog Toy, but we're incredibly sorry that the squeaker stopped working after just a couple of days, especially since this is the second time you've experienced this issue.
We completely understand how disappointing that must be, particularly when your dogs enjoy the toys so much. The squeaker certainly shouldn't stop working so quickly, and this isn't the level of quality or durability we expect from our products. We take concerns like this seriously, and we'll be sharing your feedback with our Product Team so they can take a closer look at the squeaker's performance.
We'd also love the opportunity to make things right! If you haven't already, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at woof@thefoggydog.com with your order information and a brief description of what happened. Our team will be happy to review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
Thank you again for giving our toys another chance, Brittany. We truly appreciate your continued support and are sorry that this experience fell short of your expectations. We hope we can help get your pups back to enjoying their squeaky toys!
