Sweater material is absolutely outstanding. Thicker than any other sweater I have bought. Reminds me of the Scottish yarns - but not itchy. My order showed me what great customer service the foggy dog company has, because my dog's name was embroidered so high that it went into the blue pattern. The Photo advertises the embroidery onto the solid cream color.... I got a super quick email response from the company, with reassurance that they are going to reorder the sweater at no cost to me. I chose blue coloring for his name so that it would match the sweater, but you can barely see it because it was placed up into the blue pattern -again super outstanding customer service from this company totally a five out of five experience. 💕 embroidery on items can often have mishaps anywhere that you order that additional service . How the company dealt with the issue, made me realize they take so much pride in their products and they value customer happiness above all else! So refreshing!
