NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Foggy Dog 10th Anniversary Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Foggy Dog, located at 1902 Van Ness Ave San Francisco CA 94109.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, and any entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, outside the eligible United States and District of Columbia, and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 22, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.

The Sweepstakes consists of ten (10) separate, consecutive daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”).

Each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on its designated calendar date.

Each Daily Entry Period constitutes a separate drawing. Entries received during one Daily Entry Period will not carry over into subsequent Daily Entry Periods.

Sponsor's designated computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter each Daily Entry Period through either of the following methods:

Option A: Automatic Entry With Purchase

During an applicable Daily Entry Period, place a qualifying order at www.thefoggydog.com to automatically receive one (1) entry into that day's drawing, provided the order contains sufficient information to identify and contact the entrant.

Multiple purchases, multiple orders, or the purchase of multiple items during the same Daily Entry Period will not result in additional entries.

Option B: Free Entry Without Purchase

To enter without making a purchase, visit [Direct Free Entry Form URL] during the applicable Daily Entry Period and complete the online entry form, providing the requested name, email address, and eligibility confirmation.

No purchase, payment, shipping fee, marketing subscription, social media action, or other consideration is required to enter using the free-entry method.

Daily Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period, regardless of entry method.

An eligible individual may enter once each day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A new entry is required for each Daily Entry Period, whether through a qualifying purchase or the free-entry form.

All eligible purchase and free entries received during the same Daily Entry Period will be combined into a single entrant pool, with identical chances of winning.

Submitting both a purchase entry and a free entry on the same day will not provide an additional chance to win. Duplicate entries will be consolidated or removed without disqualifying an otherwise valid initial entry.

Entries submitted through multiple identities, email addresses, or other methods designed to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes, with one (1) prize designated for each Daily Entry Period.

Each prize consists of $250 in The Foggy Dog store credit, represented by a Golden Ticket (each, a “Prize”).

• Number of Prizes: Ten (10).

• Prize Value: $250 USD each.

• Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500 USD.

• Limit: One (1) Prize per person during the entire Sweepstakes.

Each Prize is redeemable toward eligible merchandise at www.thefoggydog.com.

The store credit will not expire, has no minimum purchase requirement, and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Store credit may be redeemed over multiple transactions until the full $250 value has been used.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged at the winner's request. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any purchase amount exceeding the available store credit, and any applicable taxes or shipping charges associated with optional merchandise purchases, are the winner's responsibility.

No payment, shipping fee, or purchase is required to claim or receive the Prize.

6. Daily Winner Selection and Odds

Sponsor will conduct ten (10) separate random drawings, selecting one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during each applicable Daily Entry Period.

Each drawing will be conducted on or approximately the date specified in the published drawing schedule.

All eligible entries received during the same Daily Entry Period, regardless of entry method, will have an equal chance of selection.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.

Winners are selected randomly. Purchasing merchandise will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

An individual may win only one (1) Prize during the entire Sweepstakes. Once confirmed as a winner, that individual will be ineligible for subsequent drawings.

Sponsor will maintain records of the eligible entry pools, random drawing procedures, selected winners, and Prize fulfillment.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided at entry within 15 business days following their respective drawings.

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility, confirm identity and mailing information, and complete a declaration of eligibility or liability/publicity release where legally permitted.

Potential winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days after notification, unless a different response period is specified in the notification in accordance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to complete legally permissible verification requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for the same Daily Entry Period.

Sponsor may repeat the alternate selection process as reasonably necessary to award the advertised Prizes.

A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified.

8. Golden Ticket Distribution and Prize Fulfillment

Each confirmed winner will receive a Golden Ticket and/or notification representing their $250 The Foggy Dog store credit.

For winners who entered through a qualifying purchase, Sponsor may include a physical Golden Ticket in an eligible order shipment when operationally feasible.

For winners who entered using the free-entry method, Sponsor will provide equivalent Prize value and fulfillment through mail, email, or another designated method at no cost to the winner.

The Golden Ticket serves as a representation or notification of the Prize and does not independently determine winning status.

A lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered physical Golden Ticket will not invalidate a confirmed winner's entitlement to the Prize, provided the winner's identity and eligibility can reasonably be verified.

Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to distribute the Prizes within three weeks after verification.

All ten (10) Prizes will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

9. Taxes

Each winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes resulting from receipt or use of the Prize.

Sponsor may require legally necessary tax documentation and report Prize values to relevant governmental authorities if required by applicable law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and voluntarily provided statements regarding the Sweepstakes for purposes of announcing or publicizing the promotion, without additional compensation.

Use of a winner's photograph, likeness, testimonial, social media content, or other personal content for broader advertising purposes may require separate consent.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions concerning the fair administration of the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who engage in fraud, misrepresentation, automated or unauthorized entry methods, manipulation of the entry process, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromise its integrity or operation, to the extent permitted by law.

If a Daily Entry Period is materially affected, Sponsor will endeavor to preserve valid entries and award the applicable Prize through a fair random drawing, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject otherwise eligible entries or materially alter the advertised entry methods, prize values, or selection process after the Sweepstakes begins, except as required or permitted by applicable law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries, technical failures, network interruptions, or errors beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, Prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with The Foggy Dog's Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL], and applicable privacy laws.

Participation does not require consent to receive promotional emails, text messages, or other marketing communications.

Any optional marketing subscription will be presented separately and will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections available to participants.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits legally protected rights or remedies that cannot be waived.

15. Winners List

To request a list of confirmed Sweepstakes winners, email partnerships@thefoggydog.com with the subject line “Golden Ticket Sweepstakes Winners List” within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

The winners list will contain each winner's first name, last initial, city, and state, subject to applicable law.

16. Social Media Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or their respective parent companies.

Any information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is provided to Sponsor and not to these platforms.

17. Acceptance of Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's agreement to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
