I’ve bought several walk sets from The Foggy Dog, and I love them but let’s talk about my latest order. It got “lost” in transit, and yes, I was a little (okay, a lot) frustrated. I may have been that customer… the one who emails like a Karen. 🙃
The good news? Their team was so patient and professional while dealing with me. They sent a replacement, which eventually made it to my destination, and of course, the collar and tags were beautiful as always.
My only tiny gripe: the packaging is so pretty I wish there was an option to skip it. I suspect my “lost” package was swiped by someone who knew exactly what they were taking just by looking at the box.
Despite the chaos, I’ll keep shopping here. Gorgeous products + stellar customer service = worth it every time.
