Fit and Sizing

Please measure your dog's neck to ensure a perfect fit. When in doubt, size up!

  • Small: Fits necks up to 13", measures 7" top to point
  • Medium: Fits necks up to 18", measures 9.5" top to point
  • Large: Fits necks up to 26", measures 11.5" top to point

Shipping Info

  • Orders without personalized items ship in 1-3 days
  • Personalized items require an additional 3-5 days. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time for personalized products
  • Orders ship once all items are ready (no split shipments)

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    Perfect fit and so easy to tie

    love this bandana! I decided to go with a slightly larger size and it was definitely the right choice – it ties much better and looks more natural on my dog.

    The fabric feels soft but still holds its shape nicely, and the print is absolutely adorable in person. It’s easy to adjust and stays in place without slipping.

    It’s both practical and stylish – my dog looks so cute wearing it and I’ve already gotten compliments. Highly recommend sizing up for a better fit!
