Materials and Care

  • 100% cotton fabric exterior, nylon webbing interior
  • Hardware: zinc alloy with a solid brass D-ring
  • Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle inside a bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware. Air dry flat.

Shipping Info

  • Orders without personalized items ship in 1-3 days
  • Personalized items require an additional 3-5 days. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time for personalized products
  • Orders ship once all items are ready (no split shipments)

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    I actually ordered a different design for each of my 5 dogs and I love them all! I had them engraved so they don't have to wear a tag. I'm very happy! I got the Hot Diggity Dog Collar (our lil bully, size medium - he's 20 pounds and still growing)), Lake Blue Stripe Dog Collar (looks so handsome on my big shepherd, size large he's 85 lbs), Pressed Pansies Dog Collar (gorgeous on my black dog, size medium, she's 40 lbs), Garden Party Dog Collar (so pretty on my lil tan short-legged pup - size M, she's about 32 lbs), and the Regatta Dog Collar (on my handsome brindle, size L he's about 50 lbs).
