Materials and Care

  • 100% cotton fabric exterior, nylon webbing interior
  • Hardware: zinc alloy with a solid brass D-ring
  • Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle inside a bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware. Air dry flat.

  • Orders without personalized items ship in 1-3 days
  • Personalized items require an additional 3 days. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time for personalized products
  • Orders ship once all items are ready (no split shipments)

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    Super cute collar!

    I got this collar for my 17lbs aussie/iggy mix in a size XS. It’s a thick, high quality fabric that’s lasted well over a year. It has faded slightly and the metal will tarnish in water so make sure to keep it dry but otherwise great collar. I love the option to have his information engraved so I don’t have to worry about keeping up with tags.
