  • Orders without personalized items ship in 1-3 days
  • Personalized items require an additional 3 days. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time for personalized products
  • Orders ship once all items are ready (no split shipments)

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    Love, but slight tweaks needed

    I absolutely love this bag! It along with the leash are what I have been looking for. However, I really wish you could wear it on the leash crossbody. When you do, unless the bag is full it scrunches up and not comfortable to wear. Only way to carry bag when leash is being used as crossbody is to wear the strap and that is inconvenient when out on a walk. Otherwise this is a great bag.

    Very Spacious

    I love this bag! The design is well thought out. It fits SO much, definitely roomier than I expected. I hope that in the future Foggy Dog expands the active line with a smaller version, for when you only need your phone keys card and poop bags, that attaches vertically to the leash instead of horizontally.

    I bought the bag because attaches directly to the leash so I can be truly hands free, but it only really works comfortably on the leash when wearing the leash around your waist belt style. A smaller vertical option, that works well when wearing the leash like a sash or holding in your hand, would make this set perfect!! I would keep that attached all the time.

    Most functional belt bag ever!
