    We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

      Love these! They making switching tags onto different collars so easy! They are sturdy and strong and have not once come undone on my dogs collars - would definitely recommend and purchase again!
