    We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

      Maybe it's because my guy is so little but this just seemed so bulky on his collar. I prefer to just clip the charms to the ring that his id tag is already attached to.
