Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    Our dog is a puppy 5 months old. She loves her bat and ball. However she is a heavy chewer and ripped the tag off her bat and proceeded to chew a hole in it and started to eat the stuffing.

We took the stuffing out but then she started to eat the crinkle stuffing. Had to let it go. She is enjoying the ball and so are we.
