I ordered this sweater in an XL for my 65lb Catahoula Leopard dog and it fits perfectly. His chest is 31” for reference. I washed it on the delicate setting in cold water and hung it to dry which worked nicely.

We recently adopted a precious 5 yr old Chilier so we’ve been building out her little wardrobe. She weighs 20 lbs, has a 12.5” neck, and a 21” chest for reference. I had purchased a jacket from this brand in a medium according to the size chart online. When it arrived, the tag had a different size chart and the jacket was a bit too big. Based on that, I ordered this sweater in a small but it was too small. I decided to keep the jacket just in case the small fit like the sweater but I exchanged the small sweater for a medium and it fits perfectly! The exchange process was a breeze but their policy is only to offer one free exchange, so just keep that in mind when ordering. The quality of the sweater is great and our girl looks adorable in it. I washed it on the delicate setting in cold water & hung it to dry which worked beautifully without causing any pilling.

I have a Wire Fox Terrier, and the size L was exact; If it ends up shrinking from washing, it definitely won't fit. He weighs 25–26 pounds. I usually have a hard time finding the right sweater size, so I often use the Schnauzer size as a guide, even though it’s not an exact match. I hope this information helps other Wire Fox Terrier owners.
It’s a beautiful sweater, good quality.
No washing machines or dryer. Washing it by hand will help preserve it.
