Dog beds with inserts ship to the continental U.S. only and cannot be sent to PO boxes

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

After reviewing your order, it does appear that the Warm Stone Gingham Check Dog Bed was the item selected, and that's the bed we embroidered and shipped. We don't see a Blush Pink Gingham bed on the order.

Limited Durability
Unfortunately, the material used for both the Mushroom Brown and Charcoal Stripe dog bed covers does not hold up very well. Love the look, but not very durable for large breed dogs.
Purchased multiple Foggy Dog bed inserts and covers for our three dogs over the years and previously have not ran into this problem. Disappointed and discouraged, as we’ve had to replace three out of four, within six months.
Luckily we still have one peach print and two denim covers from previous years that are worth every penny! Wish those options were still available.
