Materials and Care

  • 100% cotton fabric exterior, nylon webbing interior
  • Hardware: zinc alloy with a solid brass D-ring
  • Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle inside a bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware. Air dry flat.

  • Orders without personalized items ship in 1-3 days
  • Personalized items require an additional 3 days. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time for personalized products
  • Orders ship once all items are ready (no split shipments)

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date for items in brand new condition, with original tags, and free of pet hair and odor. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

We want the perfect fit for your pup. That's why we offer a Right Size Guarantee, with one free exchange for a different size for non-personalized apparel and accessories.

    My favorite pattern

    I love this pattern colors and design. It’s my favorite. Super upset I missed the coordinating items as I never they are now sold out. Considering getting another collar in case this one breaks or similar. We love these collars as we own 3. I love the softness and quality of the material. It is easy to wipe down. The brass finish look with all the colors is a great touch. I prefer it. We do have our info engraved which is a nice peace of mind touch. The one thing I don’t love which may be something non avoidable but the clip gets scratched up so quickly and easily so after some time it looks so worn. Not sure if it’s just movement from his tags or what. Other than that we love it.
